THORSEDAY So, this is how it all panned out:

My phone alarm went off at 6 a.m. I shut it down.

My back up went at 6.30. A grudging rise, and the usual morning activity ensued: coffee, shower, email.

Oops, 7.30. Had to get the first bus fairly sharpish, to get the second at 8.10.

Delayed my exit somehow, and watched the 130 surge by. Damn.

So, the whole reason I got into the horseriding was because I wanted to Reiki horses.

I’ve been studying/practicing Reiki — an energetic, complementary healing modality — since 1999, but haven’t been drawn to working on people. People: they ask all kinds of questions, expect you to fix them… to be honest, I’ve haven’t had much success with humans. Twelve years on from my first ever riding lesson, these posts are still wandering round and round, a figure of eight starting with today, probably, and yesterday, definitely. It’s the antithesis of how I usually do things, but… that’s horses for ya.
